Competitor Audit: Next, I assess the competitors’ assets, including their social media profiles and websites.
Data Collection: I gather crucial data points, such as:

Strategy Formulation: Utilizing the audit findings and collected data, I create a strategic plan for the client. This usually consists of a list or file outlining actionable steps and recommendations.
Client Review : This strategy document is shared with the client for their assessment and final approval.

Phase 3: Execution & Continuous Communication

Final Implementation: After the client endorses the strategic plan, I commence the final execution of the tasks.
